So Paris Cookbook Fair 2011 : D (official website is here ) found out about this just a blog White Plate where very interesting description of the fair . So I just grabbed it as soon as I had to search the internet, and I found a beautiful exhibition catalog (in English, the French version can be read and downloaded here ), with information, a list of all events occurring in the kitchen and the stars list of the newest cookbooks straight from Paris : D You can see the whole catalog here with me immediately (preferably click on the "fullscreen" or "full screen": D) If this can not be open to interested I can send a pdf folder as an e-mail. You can download a pdf also looking on this site, unfortunately, need to be a member of the site (check-in is free, but you have to fill out some questionnaires in English)
