Since Bea in the kitchen just wrote an excellent (and very easy to understand) article on healthy eating , I would like to add a few words about it from my point of view. Rather quickly in a few points:

- Healthiest foods is one that I most like themselves - and which they feel is best. And it's not for 5 seconds, or even 5 hours. If eat something and you really always, always, always harmful, it trza start think about it:)

bottom line is that healthy eating is not easy. Neither the poor (who do not have enough of what you need), nor for the rich (who are crazy do not know what the excess.) Not załamujcie when something "Fails", it is impossible to be 100% successful. Unless they are masters of yoga and eating according to the principles of a thousand ... But despite this, it is worthwhile to aim in the right direction and do not give up, because those who drop out end up like me, or worse. In the past my "healthy diet" did not care - today I am so seriously ill that they probably will never completely heal.
